Wat ga je allemaal doen?As an experienced turner/milleyou play an essential role in our production process. You are responsible for the work on the CNC machines. The production mainly consists of series of smaller parts where precision and craftsmanship are of great importance. This position includes the following tasks:
- Setting up the CNC machines;
- Make any changes to the programs if necessary;
- Clamping products;
- Perform measurements using a caliper or micrometer;
- Minor maintenance on the machine to ensure that it continues to perform optimally

Wat we verwachten
En waar we op hameren- Demonstrable experience with machining technology and CNC machines;
- Good command of the Dutch or English language;
- Be able to read/interpret technical drawings;
- Accuracy and an eye for detail;
- Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude;
- Available between 24 hours and 40 hours per week. The company is flexible and is happy to discuss with you how the hours are divided
Een normale werkdag
Hoe ziet die er uit?Jouw werkdag begint met het verzamelen van gereedschap en de machine instellen. Daarna ga jij onderdelen verspanen, controleer je de kwaliteit en voer je eventuele aanpassingen uit. Rond 12:00 uur geniet jij eerst van jouw lunchpauze en daarna ga je verder met verspaningswerk. Je voert waar nodig routine onderhoud uit en denkt na over procesverbeteringen. Aan het eind van de werkdag documenteer je en zorg je dat de werkomgeving opgeruimd wordt.
