Wat ga je allemaal doen?As a Coordinator you are responsible for our employees and enjoy taking care of everything. You are involved in recruiting and registering temporary workers, distributing work shoes, applying for BSN numbers, arranging doctor visits and much more. Essentially, you handle everything from their arrival in the Netherlands until they have settled in with our clients. Through your personal contact you ensure that they truly feel at home!
As an enthusiastic multitasker, you take on various responsibilities, including:
- Being the first point of contact for our employees;
- Onboarding and guiding our candidates and employees;
- Sending and updating work schedules in the system;
- Actively participating in finding solutions for changes in the planning;
- Performing administrative tasks necessary for the entire process;
- Coordinating and checking accommodations for our employees;
As a Coordinator you are at the foundation of our service! With your warm, energetic and creative personality you know that open communication is the key to success, actively building a strong relationship between Covebo and the employees. - Good command of the Romanian and English language, both spoken and written;
- Proficiency in the Dutch of Polish language is an advantage;
- A proactive and flexible working attitude;
- You live in the Bunschoten area (up to 30 kilometers)
- A driver's license is a strict requirement.
