Wat ga je allemaal doen?As a Coordinator you are the direct link between our clients and employees. As an enthusiastic multitasker you take on various responsibilities, including:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for both clients and employees
- Selecting suitable EU candidates for our clients
- Sending and updating work schedules in the system
- Actively participating in finding solutions for changes in the planning
- Performing administrative tasks necessary for the entire process
- Coordinating and checking housing and transportation for our employees
As a Coordinator you guide people with questions about housing, transport, planning, salary and contracts. You are ready to assist them with various issues and situations, actively contributing to building a strong relationship between Covebo and the employees. Additionally you are responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients. Through regular visits to your clients you stay informed about their recruitment needs. In the role of Coordinator no day is the same!

- You have work experience in a service-oriented role (preferred) or have at least worked with people.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian or Latvian and English, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of the Dutch language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive and flexible working attitude.
- You live in the Zwolle area.
- A driver's license is a strict requirement!

Een plek waar jij je thuis voeltThe team supports 8 clients in and around Zwolle with approximately 90 (international) employees working weekly. As a coordinator you work alongside 2 other coordinators, a team manager and 2 backoffice colleagues.
On a daily or weekly basis you ensure that the schedule is filled and when necessary you utilize our recruitment channels to help new employees find rewarding positions. You have frequent contact with clients and ensure that transportation, housing and administration are in order.
Zwolle has 2 other teams consisting of 4 colleagues, a backoffice with 3 colleagues, and a branch manager. In total, our branch has approximately 300 employees working weekly.

Tof dat je bij ons wilt werken! Op basis van je cv nemen we telefonisch contact met je op voor een korte eerste kennismaking. Als we allebei enthousiast zijn plannen we een afspraak in met de manager van de afdeling waar je hebt gesolliciteerd.
In het eerste gesprek is het tijd om echt kennis te maken! Is er een klik? Dan kunnen wij je vragen om online een korte test te maken. Tijdens een tweede gesprek gaan we verder de diepte in. Wanneer er een match is, ontvang je een voorstel van ons.
Is het contract rond, dan kan het feest beginnen! Je volgt eerst introductiedagen om onze organisatie te leren kennen. Daarna is er een inwerkperiode waarbij je wordt gekoppeld aan een ervaren collega. Zo zorgen we ervoor dat je snel up and running bent!
