We are on the hunt for a Machine Operator who is ready to take their career to the next level within a forward-thinking organization. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be tasked with operating, adjusting, and maintaining state-of-the-art packaging machinery, ensuring the seamless execution of our production line and adherence to our rigorous quality standards. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, from machine operation and setup to monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting technical issues, all while maintaining a pristine and safe workspace.
Shift Schedule
Embrace the flexibility of working in three shifts, enabling you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. Our shifts include:
- Morning: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Night: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

We are searching for candidates with a technical background, an ability to address technical challenges efficiently, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience as an operator is advantageous but not as crucial as a genuine technical aptitude and a commitment to quality. A readiness to work in a rotating three-shift pattern and excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
