As the backbone of our manufacturing operations, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and fine-tuning of our Thermoforming machines. This involves a series of critical tasks aimed at optimizing our production line for unparalleled output. Your responsibilities will include the careful selection and preparation of molds, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are ready for the task at hand. This preparation extends to the removal and preservation of old molds, installation of new ones, and the meticulous checking of connections and safety devices to uphold our commitment to excellence and safety.

Further, you will be entrusted with the setup of Thermoforming machines, adjusting parameters such as pressure, speed, and ejection to kickstart the manufacturing process. Through visual inspections and adjustments, you will ensure that the products meet our stringent specifications and standards, readying the machine for operational handover after securing approval.

Problem-Solving Excellence: Thermoform Troubleshooting

Your role is crucial in maintaining the seamless operation of our Thermoforming machines. You will address and rectify any deviations or malfunctions, identifying their causes to prevent future issues. Your expertise ensures the longevity of our machinery through first-line and periodic maintenance, safeguarding against potential downtime and facilitating a swift return to production post any malfunctions.
