Are you technically inclined and do you have a passion for optimizing production processes? As a Process Operator in our team, you are the backbone of our daily operations, responsible for starting up, maintaining, and running our installations efficiently. This is your opportunity to use your expertise and contribute to innovation within our production.
Your Challenging Tasks: Technical Skills in Action
- In this position you will daily:
- Start up the installations in the morning and switch them off after production.
- Lubricate important machine parts daily.
- Spray mixers and cubes with anti-stick agent to ensure optimal operation.
- Operate the installation and carefully check the mixture compositions, in consultation with the quality department to make any corrections.
- Spray the entire installation daily, including tubs, mixers, and the work floor, to maintain a clean working environment.
- Periodically inspect the installation and identify defects, including storage silos and conveyors, and report these to the Technical Service.
- Order raw materials in a timely manner to ensure the continuity of production processes.

- Technical insight, preferably supported by a VMBO education or equivalent.
- Fluent command of the Dutch language.
- Experience operating automated machines is an advantage.
- Excellent work motivation, commitment and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and a high degree of independence.

Your working day starts with a briefing from the team leader in which the daily objectives are discussed. You then start the installation and carry out the first checks. During the day you are actively involved in lubricating machine parts, injecting mixers with anti-stick agent, and operating the installation. You regularly check the composition of the mixtures and consult with the quality department about any adjustments. In addition to these technical activities, you ensure that the installation and the working environment are kept clean, which is essential for maintaining an efficient production flow. At the end of your shift, you hand over to the next team so that work continues seamlessly.
