Wat ga je allemaal doen?
As an Operator, you ensure that our innovative cutting robots are set up and operated in such a way that the department results in terms of quality and production are more than achieved. You set up robots, check their operation and make adjustments where necessary. By performing thorough maintenance, you ensure a continuously operating installation. You signal deviations, resolve first-line malfunctions and provide a technical problem analysis for major issues. In addition, you manage temporary employees in their operational activities.

- A completed education or an equivalent work and thinking level obtained through experience;
- Demonstrable experience and/or affinity with technology;
- You are analytical and have an eye for quality;
- You are flexible to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts and to work on weekends during the season;
- You are proficient in the English language in speech and writing, Dutch is also possible.

Florensis Dinteloord is a modern and sustainable production location, which opened at the end of 2019. More than 35 permanent colleagues now work in the total greenhouse area of 6 ha. and the business area of 5,000 m2. At this high-tech nursery you will find our 30 cutting sticking robots that together stick 60,000 cuttings per hour (24/7) and the young plant production from cuttings.
