Wat ga je allemaal doen?
As a CNC operator you will work at the Finishing Department where you will independently operate multiple conventional CNC and NC machines. Your role includes correcting and recording data in SAP, measuring processed parts with precision and actively contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Operate various (CNC) machines;
- Accurately fabricate wear parts according to technical drawings;
- Inspect and measure manufactured parts for quality using specialized measuring tools;
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety policies and implementing the 6S method;
- Comply with company procedures, instructions, regulations, and policies;
- Utilize the APS system (Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- A competitive salary. This varies from from €2,744.30 to €3,334.07 per month depending on experience. The amounts mentioned are excluding shift allowances;
- Overtime compensation for any additional hours worked;

- Travel allowance at a rate of €0.19 per kilometer.
Wat we verwachten
En waar we op hameren
- Possesses significant experience with operating machinery and performing technical tasks;
- MBO Level 2 diploma; ideally in a (metal) technical field;
- Open for additional training if required and flexibility to assist in other departments when needed is also essential;
- Capable of working various shifts, including 2, 3 or 4 shifts;
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings;
- Experience with lean manufacturing and world-class manufacturing practices to enhance production processes;
- Willing to work extra hours when necessary.
