We're looking for a Commercial Support Specialist to handle a mix of administrative and customer-facing tasks, working with international clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our team, managing inquiries, building lasting relationships, and contributing to various exciting projects. Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, growth-oriented relationships with customers and prospects;
- Handle client inquiries and manage discussions related to contracts, samples, projects, and invoicing;
- Process data in ERP and other systems with high accuracy;
- Assist in preparing and following up on quotations and tenders;
- Collaborate on market research with our headquarters team;
- Organize customer meetings and create impactful presentations;
- Provide essential support to the supervisor and team members when needed.

Wat we verwachten

- A Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent;
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating top-notch administrative skills and independence;
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage processes efficiently;
- An innate ability to persuade and build strong relationships with clients;
- Expertise in filtering and prioritizing incoming communications to maintain workflow efficiency;
- Affinity for automation and experience with MS Office, SAP and Excel;
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level); Dutch is a plus.
