Are you passionate about the printing industry and have a keen eye for detail? Join our dynamic team as a Printing Preparation Specialist and play a crucial role in our production process. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every print job meets the highest standards.
Your tasks will be
- Ensure all materials required for the printing process, such as plates and rubbers, are ready and organized;
- Receive and check digital graphic files for accuracy and completeness. Safely archive all digital graphic files for future reference;
- Coordinate timely ink supplies and ensure the availability of special inks like Thermo, DPG, and Glow in the Dark;
- Prepare production flat standards and issue printing plates in alignment with the production plan;
- Quality control and cleaning;
- Safely store all used printing plates and standards in the designated department;
- Conduct daily maintenance and adjustments on plate development equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Report any issues to the maintenance team;
- Register material usage, ink consumption and plate details.

Wat we verwachten

- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
- Excellent color perception and strong attention to detail (previous experience in a printing environment is a plus);
- Basic equipment maintenance skills;
- Strong English communication abilities;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines;
- Ready to start immediately.
