Wat ga je allemaal doen?
As a CNC-operator in the finishing department, you will independently manage and operate multiple CNC and NC machines. Key responsibilities include correcting and logging data in SAP, precisely measuring parts and actively participating in process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities are:
- Operate various CNC and NC machines with accuracy and efficiency;
- Fabricate wear parts based on technical drawings;
- Inspect and measure finished parts using specialized tools to ensure quality standards;
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace by following safety protocols and utilizing the 6S method;
- Leverage APS systems (Lean/Six Sigma) to improve operational productivity.

- Monthly salary between €2.744 and €3.334 per month, based on experience (excluding shift allowances);
- Compensation for any additional hours worked;
- An exciting role in a growing company with opportunities for professional advancement;
- Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer.
Wat we verwachten
En waar we op hameren
- Experience operating machinery (Fanuc and Siemens) and performing technical tasks;
- Possession of an MBO Level 2 diploma, ideally in a (metal) technical field;
- Willingness to undergo additional training and flexibility to assist in other departments as needed;
- Ability to work in 3 shifts system. Early shift is from 05:30 - 14:00, late shift from 14:00 - 22:30 and night shift from 22:320 - 05:30. All shifts are with 30 minute break;
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings;
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and World-Class Manufacturing practices to improve production processes;
- Willing to work extra hours when necessary.
