As a grinder, you play a vital role in the production process. Working with aluminum cast parts, you ensure every product meets the highest quality standards. You will use both manual techniques and advanced grinding machines, including robotic technology.
What will you do?
- Processing aluminum cast parts (mainly rough grinding operations);
- Inspecting products for defects and ensuring a flawless finish;
- Using various tools, from grinding machines to brushes;
- Maintaining and cleaning machines and tools.

Wat we verwachten

- You speak Dutch, German, or English;
- Willingness to work in a staggered day shift (starting at 07:00 AM);
- Good physical condition (you’ll sometimes work with heavy parts, but lifting aids are available);
- Experience in grinding cast iron or aluminum is a plus, but motivation and eagerness to learn are more important;
- Affinity with repetitive work and manual operations.

Hoe ziet die er uit?
Your workday starts at 7:00 AM with a brief discussion of the day's schedule. Then, you get to work processing aluminum cast parts. You remove imperfections and polish components using hand tools or grinding machines. Throughout the process, you perform quality checks to ensure everything meets the required standards. After a coffee break, you continue your work, using measuring instruments to guarantee precision. In the afternoon, you operate the robotic grinding machine, setting up and monitoring the process. You intervene when necessary and inspect the final results. At the end of the day, you clean the machines and tools and document any notable observations. By 4:00 PM, your workday is complete, and you head home with the satisfaction of contributing to high-quality products for the automotive industry.
