Hoe ziet die er uit?
As a production worker for casco floors, your day begins with reviewing the production schedule. You then prepare the molds and adjust the machines for concrete pouring. During the pouring process, you carefully monitor the quality and ensure an efficient workflow. Once the floors have cured, you disassemble the molds and inspect the floor elements for any defects. Collaboration is key, as you work closely with colleagues and operators. Additionally, you are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the machines. You will be working in a dynamic environment where efficiency and precision are essential to delivering high-quality casco floors.
