Hoe ziet die er uit?
As a production worker your day begins by reviewing the production schedule to organize and prioritize your tasks. You'll prepare molds and make necessary machine adjustments for the concrete pouring process to ensure that everything is in place for optimal operation. Throughout the pouring phase you'll monitor quality closely and maintain a smooth workflow. After the concrete floors have cured you will disassemble the molds and inspect the floor elements for any defects ensuring they adhere to our stringent quality standards. Teamwork is key in this role, as you'll collaborate with colleagues and machine operators to meet production targets. Additionally, you'll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the machinery to ensure smooth, continuous operations.
