As a Quality Manager you will lead a team of 35 dedicated professionals to uphold the highest standards of quality and sustainability. In this role, you will have a central part in shaping the quality strategy, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains a top priority.
Key responsibilities:
- Spearheading the development and execution of the quality strategy;
- Guaranteeing that all products meet agreed-upon quality and sustainability standards before reaching customers;
- Overseeing innovative quality improvement projects;
- Managing and certifying the local Quality Integrated Management System;
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction by ensuring products and services meet group QA standards.

Wat we verwachten
En waar we op hameren
- A higher vocational (HBO) or university (WO) degree in Business, Industrial Management, or a related field;
- At least five years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in manufacturing;
- You are passionate about quality, you can engage diverse stakeholders and you excel at mentoring and creating a shared vision;
- The ability to simplify complex quality concepts and resonate with all organizational levels;
- A proficient level of the English (and Dutch) language - level B2 or higher;
- You are an analytical thinker and your data-driven decision-making skills help you navigate complex challenges;
- Familiar with ISO/BRC standards, HACCP principles, and health & safety regulations;
- Available between 32 - 40 hours per week.
