How Does a Typical Workday Look?
Every day is unique as a demolition worker, but here's what you can expect:
- Morning: Start your day at the site with a team briefing and safety check. You’ll review the project goals and plan your tasks for the day.
- Midday: Carry out selective demolition work, separating reusable materials from waste while ensuring the site remains organized and safe.
- Afternoon: Collaborate with your team to complete tasks, load materials for recycling, and prepare the site for the next phase of the project.
- End of Day: Wrap up by cleaning the work area, reviewing progress, and preparing equipment for the following day.
