We are looking for candidates who are interested in building a long-term career. The factory is like a city on its own: large-scale, dynamic, and full of activity, machinery, sounds, and impressions. It is a unique industrial environment where safety, structure, and teamwork are essential.
You will work on a production line together with a team of approximately 8-10 colleagues. Your responsibilities may include:
- Installing engines into truck chassis
- Mounting cabins
- Fitting wheels and tires
- Assembling various truck components
- Working with hand tools and assembly equipment
- Following quality and safety procedures
The work is repetitive by nature and requires focus and consistency throughout the day. Employees spend most of their shift standing and walking is limited. Therefore, this position is best suited for people who enjoy structured production work and can maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.
Training and Onboarding
During the introduction process, candidates are required to complete a practical assignment. This assessment helps determine whether you have the technical insight and problem-solving ability needed for the role.
Experience is not mandatory, but technical affinity and a willingness to learn are essential.
Your first working day starts with a half-day training session at the company's training center. During this training, you will learn about safety procedures, quality standards, and the production process. The second half of the day will be spent on the shop floor.
From your very first day, the company will provide:
- Work clothing
- Safety shoes
- Hearing protection
- All necessary personal protective equipment
Working Environment
The culture at the company is practical and straightforward. People appreciate a hands-on mentality and clear communication. It is a demanding industrial environment where safety is always the highest priority.
Important to know:
- Smoking is only permitted during official breaks.
- There are two breaks per shift:
- 15 minutes
- 30 minutes
- Outside these breaks, smoking is not allowed.
Working Hours
During your first week, you will work in the day shift while completing your onboarding process.
After the first week, you will move into a fixed two-shift schedule:
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:30
- Evening shift: 15:30 – 00:00
One of the major advantages of this system is that after your first week, you will receive your shift schedule for the entire year, providing excellent planning security and work-life balance.

Salary and Benefits
- Day shift salary: €19.21 gross per hour
- Evening shift allowance: +34%
- Full-time employment (40 hours per week)
Construction Holiday
The company closes during the annual construction holiday in weeks 31, 32, and 33.
A major advantage of working at the company is the income security during this period: employees continue to receive payment during the construction holiday, ensuring financial stability even when production is temporarily stopped.

Job Requirements
- You can stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
- You have technical insight, technical experience, or a strong affinity with technology.
- Experience in assembly or production work is an advantage but not required.
- You have a hands-on mentality and are motivated to work long-term.
- You can communicate in either Dutch or English.
- You are available to work 40 hours per week.
- You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
