Wat ga je allemaal doen?
As an all-round production worker, you will work across different areas of production. You will learn the entire process and gradually gain more independence and responsibility as your experience and skills develop.
What will you be doing?:
- Operating, setting up and monitoring various production machines;
- Preparing fillings according to set recipes;
- Making and processing different types of dough;
- Baking and frying products;
- Checking quality throughout the production process;
- Preparing and weighing ingredients;
- Identifying minor irregularities or machine faults;
- Helping in the packaging department when needed;
- Cleaning machines, tools and work areas;
- Following all applicable hygiene and safety procedures.
This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable taking responsibility. Alongside your daily tasks, you will develop a thorough understanding of the recipes, machines and production processes. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that every order is completed on time and meets the required quality standards.

In return for your hard work, we offer:
- A gross hourly wage of €15.66;
- A higher hourly wage may be negotiated if you bring relevant knowledge or experience;
- Travel allowance;
- A 38-hour working week;
- Working hours: 06:00–14:30 or 07:00–15:30, by mutual agreement;

Who are we looking for?
- You preferably have experience in food production, a bakery, a kitchen or a similar production environment;
- You have technical aptitude and can learn to operate production machines;
- You can follow recipes and work instructions independently;
- You work accurately, hygienically and with a focus on quality;
- You are flexible and willing to help your colleagues when needed;
- You enjoy carrying out a variety of tasks;
- You can work at a good pace while maintaining quality;
- You speak and understand Dutch and/or have a good command of English;
- Knowledge of HACCP is a plus, but can also be gained on the job.

Our client is a growing and ambitious food production company specialising in authentic Surinamese products. Quality, craftsmanship and efficiency are at the heart of the business, with the team working every day to deliver fresh and flavourful products.
The company will soon relocate its production facility from Breukelen to Zeewolde, where it will continue to expand its team. The new, modern facility in Zeewolde will enable the company to work more efficiently, support further growth and further improve its production processes.

Hoe ziet die er uit?
Your working day starts at 06:00 or 07:00. Together with your colleagues, you discuss what needs to be produced that day and divide the tasks. You check the ingredients, prepare dough or fillings according to the recipes and set up the necessary machines. Throughout production, you keep a close eye on progress to ensure everything runs smoothly and the products meet the required quality standards.
During the day, you regularly move between different workstations. One moment you may be operating a machine or helping with dough preparation; the next, you could be preparing a filling independently or helping with baking, frying or packaging. This means you won’t spend the entire day on the same production line. Once production is finished, you and your colleagues thoroughly clean the machines, equipment and work areas. Your working day ends at 14:30 or 15:30.

You will join a true family business, run by a mother and father and their two daughters. The atmosphere is friendly, informal and supportive. Several colleagues have worked here for twenty years or more, which says a lot about their loyalty and connection to the company.
The team consists of around 25 employees representing ten different nationalities. Everyone brings their own background and experience, working together to produce high-quality products. There is also time to socialise and relax.
At lunchtime, you can choose something from the company’s own products, such as a Surinamese meal, and fruit or chocolate is regularly available in the canteen. The new facility in Zeewolde will also have a test kitchen, where shared lunches may be organised in the future. There is also a fun annual team outing for the whole company.
