We are looking for a Rotogravure Printing Operator who wants to build a long-term career in the printing industry. You will work in a 4-shift system operating a modern Comexi printing press and be responsible for ensuring a stable and efficient printing process.
Your Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust the rotogravure printing press.
- Monitor colour consistency, registration, and print quality.
- Check incoming materials and follow production orders and work instructions.
- Perform quality inspections, measurements, and production registrations.
- Identify and solve routine printing and technical issues.
- Carry out first-line machine maintenance.
- Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe.
- Minimize waste and contribute to improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues in a professional production environment.

- Weekly salary payments.
- Competitive salary between €2,700 and €3,600 gross per month (excluding shift allowance).
- 32.86% shift allowance on top of your salary.
- Full-time position in a stable and growing company.
- 35-hour working week.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 10 km.

- Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and efficiency.
- Good communication skills in English.
