An international fashion company is looking for motivated warehouse employees for its distribution center in Utrecht. This is a full-time position with work in two shifts.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Bringing online orders to life – picking, packing, and preparing fashion items for customers across Europe
- Handling the latest fashion collections and ensuring products are in the right place at the right time
- Processing returns and helping keep stock accurate and up to date
- Preparing shipments for fast and smooth dispatch
- Working with modern warehouse systems in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Sorting, organizing, and replenishing stock throughout the distribution center
- Collaborating with an international team and supporting different warehouse departments
- Keeping operations running smoothly while meeting daily targets

Een korte introductie
An international fashion retailer, operating approximately 200 shops and employing around 2,500 people, is active in several European countries. Both the European Distribution Centre (EDC) and the head office (HQ) are located in Utrecht.
Since its foundation, the company has operated under a vertical organization model. This means that all activities are managed internally, including the design of collections, procurement of all supplies, and sales through company-owned stores. Transportation to these stores is handled partly by internal logistics and partly by external service providers.
The Logistics department, which includes the EDC, focuses on the distribution of clothing to all retail locations. Incoming goods are counted, inspected, price-tagged if needed, and then sorted and delivered to the appropriate stores. Accuracy, speed, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential throughout the entire process. High standards of quality are also maintained.
Since May 2017, all E-commerce (online order) operations have been managed from the EDC in Utrecht.
