As a logistics employee in the crossdock department, you are the key to a smoothly running logistics process. You ensure that incoming goods are processed quickly, neatly, and made ready for shipment. Since these shipments often go directly to the customer, your speed and attention to detail are essential.
You’ll be responsible for loading and unloading goods, using tools such as a pallet jack. With your organizational insight, you arrange everything logically and efficiently, enabling drivers to complete their routes as smoothly as possible.

Your workday begins with a short team meeting where you and your colleagues discuss incoming shipments and goods that need to go out to customers right away. Then you head to the crossdock area, where you process goods safely and efficiently using a pallet jack. With your strong sense of organization, you make sure everything is arranged logically so drivers can depart quickly and customers receive their orders on time. Throughout the day, you check shipments, prepare orders for dispatch, and ensure the flow of goods in the warehouse runs smoothly.
