You will start in day shifts, operating a grinding mill to process plastic materials. During this training period, you will earn €15.73 gross per hour plus an allowance. Once you are familiar with the work, you can move into a Production Worker role in a five-shift system with a 30% shift allowance. This is a long-term opportunity with room to grow and the possibility of a permanent contract with the company.
As a Logistics Production Operator, you help keep materials moving through the recycling process. You may operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products, supply the machines or support the production team. Your work helps turn PET bottles and other plastics into reusable materials.
Your responsibilities:
- Load, unload and move materials and finished products using a forklift;
- Supply machines with raw materials and replace filters;
- Monitor stock and keep the warehouse and site organised;
- Help maintain a clean and safe working environment;
- Report machine malfunctions or other issues to the Technical Department.
What we ask:
- A practical, flexible approach to work;
- Experience in production or logistics is an advantage;
- A forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one;
- A good command of the language used on the work floor;
- A team player who works safely and pays attention to quality.

Wat we verwachten
En waar we op hameren
You will start working in a day shift from 08:00 to 17:00. After two weeks, you will move to a 5-shift system.
You will work in a fixed 10-day rotation:
- 2 days early shift (06:00 – 14:00)
- 2 days late shift (14:00 – 22:00)
- 2 days night shift (22:00 – 06:00)
- Followed by 4 days off
Job requirements:
- Forklift certificate or driving license (no certificate yet? You can obtain one through us)
- Good level of Dutch and/or English
- Hands-on mentality and result-oriented
- Team player with a cooperative attitude
- Focus on safety and responsible working
- Flexible and willing to work in a 5-shift system and perform different tasks

Our client is a family-owned company in Zeewolde that gives plastic a second life. At this production site, used PET bottles and other plastic materials are processed into raw materials for new products. You’ll work in a busy production environment where safety, quality and teamwork are important. Together with your colleagues, you’ll help give plastic a new purpose every day.
