As a Machine Operator, you'll have the opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to a smooth, reliable production process. Whether you already bring experience or are ready to build your technical career, this position offers plenty of room to learn and develop.
In this position, you'll help keep production lines running efficiently while working in line with strict safety and quality standards. You'll be part of a motivated team in a fast-paced 5-shift schedule, where teamwork, improvement, and commitment are highly valued.
Your tasks include setting up, running, and monitoring production machines, carrying out regular product quality checks, and making small adjustments to equipment when necessary. You'll also play an important part in reducing downtime by spotting and solving technical issues quickly, keeping your work area tidy and well-organized, and following all health and safety rules carefully. Together with your colleagues, you'll work toward production goals while consistently delivering top-quality results.
Wat we jou bieden
Naast persoonlijk contact
- Een bruto maandsalaris vanaf €4.180,53, inclusief eventuele ploegentoeslagen;
- Een fulltime baan op basis van gemiddeld 33,6 uur per week in een modern 5-ploegenrooster;
- Een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer, zonder een maximumbedrag;
- Bij goed functioneren maak je kans op een vast contract;
- Al vanaf je eerste werkdag bouw je pensioen op via Covebo;
- 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband;
- 8,33% vakantiegeld conform de arbeidsvoorwaarden van Covebo;
- Een solide functie binnen een bekende internationale organisatie, met vakgerichte trainingen en volop ruimte voor jouw ontwikkeling en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

- You bring experience from a technical, production, or industrial setting, or you have completed a relevant technical education;
- You know how to work with production lines, industrial equipment, or automated machinery;
- You are able to spot small equipment faults and take action to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently;
- You have strong English communication skills, both in speaking and writing;
- You are dependable, focused on safety, and like to work together as an engaged team player;
- You are eager to succeed in a fast-moving manufacturing environment where quality and efficiency come first.
