Your Role as a Production Worker
Are you looking for a production job in a technical manufacturing environment where you can learn a skilled trade and develop your career?
As a Production Worker, you will receive full training and gradually learn different tasks on the production line.
You will start by checking, rolling and packing rubber profiles. As you gain experience, you will be trained step by step to perform additional production tasks. This means your work will become more varied over time, while giving you plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company.
No previous experience in the rubber industry is required. Your motivation, reliability and willingness to learn are much more important.
You will work on one of five production lines, manufacturing high-quality rubber profiles used for various applications, including windows, doors, greenhouses and canopies.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Checking and packing rubber profiles;
- Rolling and preparing finished products for shipment;
- Performing quality checks and inspections;
- Checking profile dimensions and ensuring they meet the required specifications;
- Supplying and processing production materials;
- Operating different parts of the production line and machinery;
- Identifying and reporting defects, irregularities or quality issues;
- Keeping your workplace clean, organised and safe;
- Following production procedures and quality standards.
Grow Your Skills and Responsibilities
The goal is for you to become multi-skilled and able to work at different positions on the production line. As you gain experience and learn new tasks, your role will become more varied and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career in production.
Whether you already have production experience or are looking for your first production job, you will receive the training and support you need to succeed.

In return for your commitment and hard work, you can expect an attractive employment package with excellent long-term career opportunities:
- Competitive starting salary from €2,730 gross per month, equivalent to an hourly rate of €19.06 including 21% shift allowance;
- Higher salary negotiable, depending on your relevant work experience and skills;
- A potential year-end bonus, depending on company performance;
- A full-time, 40-hour working week in a three-shift system;
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon/Evening shift: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
- Work from Monday morning until Saturday morning, with your weekends free;
- Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre, starting from a commuting distance of 10 km;
- A comprehensive onboarding and training programme, giving you the opportunity to learn the complete production process;
- The possibility of a permanent contract and direct employment with our client based on good performance;
- A stable full-time production job with various career growth and development opportunities;
- A dedicated contact person who will support you throughout your employment and answer any questions you may have.

You are the right candidate if you:

- Work accurately and efficiently, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail;
- Can work both independently and as part of a team;
- Are preferably available to work in a three-shift system;
- Speak Dutch or English;
- Can travel independently and arrive on time at our work location in Lelystad.
