As a CNC Machine Operator / Setter, you will be responsible for operating and setting up modern wire-forming machines used to manufacture precision technical springs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and adjusting CNC production machines
- Monitoring the production process and product quality
- Producing high-precision technical spring components
- Solving minor machine malfunctions and reporting technical issues when necessary
- Performing quality checks and measurements
- Contributing ideas for process improvements
- Maintaining a safe and organized workplace
- Developing into a machine specialist through internal training
This is not repetitive production work. You will have responsibility for your own machine and play an important role in the manufacturing process.
