As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the smooth movement of goods throughout the warehouse. You play an important part in ensuring products are stored correctly, shipments are prepared on time, and daily operations run efficiently.
Your main tasks include:
- Loading and unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner;
- Moving materials and products to designated warehouse locations;
- Supporting inventory accuracy by placing goods correctly and reporting discrepancies;
- Following all health, safety, and operational procedures while operating warehouse equipment;
- Contributing to a tidy, organised, and safe workplace;
- Handling products with care while operating a forklift throughout your working day.

- A full-time position within either a 2-shift or 5-shift schedule, depending on the available vacancy. For a 2-shift schedule, the salary is €3,708.80 gross per month, including a 14% shift allowance (40 hours per week). For a 5-shift schedule, the salary is €4,180.53 gross per month, including a 28.5% shift allowance. This salary is based on a 40-hour working week, while the actual working hours are 33.6 hours per week;
- A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, with no maximum travel distance;

Wat we verwachten
En waar we op hameren
- A valid Dutch forklift licence or the willingness to obtain/renew one;
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics operation;
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written (at least B1 level);
- Reliable transportation and residence within approximately 35 km of Helmond;
- A responsible attitude with a strong focus on safety and quality.
