In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining quality standards across the entire production process. By conducting thorough inspections and monitoring product performance, you will help ensure that all products meet company and customer requirements before entering the market.
As a Quality Control Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing inspections, measurements, and product sampling according to established quality procedures;
- Evaluating production batches and approving products for warehouse release;
- Monitoring quality performance throughout various stages of the manufacturing process;
- Executing quality checks in line with internal quality standards and control plans;
- Detecting non-conforming products and preventing them from progressing further in the supply chain;
- Recording inspection results and reporting any quality deviations;
- Working closely with production teams to maintain and improve product quality;
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- A full-time position in a rotating 5-shift schedule (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00);
- A competitive gross monthly salary of €3,236, including a 28.5% shift allowance;
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre with no maximum limit;

- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related manufacturing environment;
- Knowledge of inspection techniques, measuring equipment, and quality management procedures;
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Understanding of workplace safety, hygiene, and compliance standards;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- A proactive and quality-focused mindset with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
