As a Forklift Operator, you will help keep warehouse operations running smoothly by ensuring that goods are transported, stored, and prepared for shipment efficiently. Your work will contribute directly to an organised logistics process and the timely handling of incoming and outgoing products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks safely and efficiently;
- Transporting goods and materials to the correct storage areas within the warehouse;
- Maintaining accurate stock records by storing products in the appropriate locations and reporting any discrepancies;
- Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures;
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and free from hazards;
- Handling goods carefully to prevent damage during transportation and storage.

- A full-time position within either a 2-shift or 5-shift schedule, depending on the available vacancy. For a 2-shift schedule, the salary is €3,708.80 gross per month, including a 14% shift allowance (40 hours per week). For a 5-shift schedule, the salary is €4,180.53 gross per month, including a 28.5% shift allowance. This salary is based on a 40-hour working week, while the actual working hours are 33.6 hours per week;
- A travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, with no maximum travel distance;

Wat we verwachten
En waar we op hameren
- You hold a valid Dutch forklift certificate or are willing to obtain or renew one;
- You have at least two years of recent experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics environment;
- You have a good command of spoken and written English, at a minimum B1 level;
- You have reliable transportation and live within approximately 35 km of Helmond;
- You work responsibly, pay close attention to safety, and take pride in maintaining high-quality standards.
