Wat ga je allemaal doen?
As an Offset Printing Operator, you will work in a modern sheet-fed printing department operating Manroland 700 printing machines (6-8 colours). You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient printing process while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust offset printing presses.
- Monitor colour consistency, registration, and print quality.
- Read and follow production orders and work instructions.
- Perform quality checks and complete production records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine printing issues.
- Carry out first-line machine maintenance.
- Contribute to process improvements, waste reduction, and production efficiency.
- Work closely with experienced colleagues in a professional production environment.

- Weekly salary payments.
- Competitive salary: €2,700 - €3,600 gross per month (excluding shift allowance).
- 22.7% shift allowance on top of your salary.
- Full-time position
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre (from 10 km).
- 36-hour workweek with an optimized shift schedule.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Offset Printing Operator or in a similar printing role.
- Experience in the printing or graphic industry is essential.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of production processes.
- Good communication skills in English.

- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
- Ownership mentality, integrity, and an efficient way of working.
