We are looking for a motivated Production Operator with technical insight and a willingness to learn.
This is not a standard production position. You will be trained to independently operate the entire production process, adjust machine settings, monitor product quality, and ensure smooth production runs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production machines
- Setting up and adjusting machine parameters
- Controlling the quality of finished products
- Cleaning machines using compressed air blowers and high-pressure equipment
- Solving minor technical issues
- Ensuring a safe and efficient production process
- Taking responsibility for your production line
This is a technical position with room for growth and long-term development.
